Pay with credit card online. After the payment entry Ltd. 7 LINES bank account, Seline team will make processing and delivery of items.
Delivery time.
Usually goods will be sent within 10 - 14 working days after the payment comes in the LLC 7 LINES bank account.
Delivery time to the orders with label EXPRESS - within 5 working days after the payment comes in the LLC 7 LINES bank account.
What kind of card to pay?
www.seline.lv orders can be paid:
- by any global bank issued VISA or MasterCard;
- by Latvian commercial banks issuing Visa Electron or Maestro debit card.
How secure is the payment card on the Internet?
To ensure the acceptance of payment cards, www.seline.lv in collaboration with First Data Latvia specialists have integrated the program and successfully integrated solution that provides servicing card transactions on the Internet. This solution is fully consistent with international payment organizations VISA and MasterCard security requirements and specifications and is certified in both organizations.

How to determine the correct shoe size?
The best way to determine your shoe size is to measuring your foot length on the paper. Shoes are made in line with industrial standarts, so if you have a specific foot shape, or a high elevation, SELINE can’t guarantee that the shoes will be suitable for you. SELINE footwear are adopted the metric numbering system in Europe.
Delivery terms and costs within Latvia
Shoe delivering in Latvia is organized by the VAS Latvian post, and it guarantees the timely delivery all goods to the client.
Delivery by courier is organized only in separate parts of Latvian territory - Jelgava, Olaine, Jaunolaine, Marupe and Riga center.
Payment for goods delivery will be included in the customer's bill.
If you have selected delivery by post, than the order will be sent to your providing postal address. You will find the vocation to remove the consignment goods.
If you have chosen delivering through courier (Latvia only) , before the order delivering courier individually communicate with the client to agree on the delivery location and time.
In this case, the client must provide that his designated mobile phone number is available weekdays, between 9:00 to 19:00

We are glad about your choice to buy shoes www.seline.lv. We will do everything possible to provide that your purchased merchandise conforms to your choice and purchasing process to procure you only positive emotions.
Buying order in webshop www.seline.lv, define Regulations issued by the Cabinet LR N. 207 on 2002nd the 28th May "Regulations on distance contracts" -
1. The buyer has the right to retire away from the obligations under the contract within 14 calendar days and return the merchandise to the seller, if it does not agree with that order a customer.
2. If the costumer return goods, then all paid money for goods will be returned to the costumer. Payment for postal or courier services are not refundable.
3. Goods must be unused, without visual defects and stains - otherwise, the goods returning may be refused.
4. With start up use the purchased product, the buyer certifies that it compliet with the ordered and the product can’t be returned.
5. Article 12, sixth paragraph of the Consumer Right Protection Law Latvian Republic define that "the customer is responsible for quality and safety of goods in preservation period for exercising the right of refusal" and "SELINE.LV reserves the right to refuse the buyer to return goods, if goods are used and/or deliberately or inadvertently damaged.
• If the customer will refuse of the merchandise, then customer must complete an application form (you will found in shoe box).
• If the customer will refuse of merchandise, the purchase amount of the shoes will be transferred to the account from which it was received in payment for the purchase of three WORKING days from receipt of merchandise. Money paid for the postal services are not refundable.
• If the customer will refuse of the merchandise, the buyer must pay the costs of returning the merchandise.
• To receive the merchandise returning, you need to complete the return form and attach it to the merchandise, they will be sent back.

• The manufacturer's warranty on the shoes is 6 months from purchasing date, and we will always be glad to help to change a real reason your useles shoes, get rid of the shoes to the equivalent price.
• Goods return costs must be paid by the customer.

SELINE offer existing footwear recommending to take care and keep agreeably rules Consumer Right Protection Centre. Each delivery contains footwear document with shoe care and keeping instruction under which the client will get to acquainted and approve them.
